The Shelby Real Estate Investment Association or ShelbyREIA is a real estate investment organization designed to assist landlords and real estate investors by providing educational events, discounts on materials, and networking with other local investors.

ShelbyREIA has been serving the West-Central Ohio community since 1996 under the name of the Shelby County Landlords Association. We specialize in assisting beginning and advanced investors in educational seminars and other wealth building opportunities.
